Speaking In Spanish

Don't let the title fool you, I don't speak in Spanish.  I took 3 years in high school so I know a dibby dab of Spanish, but not enough to hold my own in a real conversation.

However, my kids, thanks to Diego & Dora, know several Spanish words.  So I wasn't the least bit surprised the other night when Aubrie declared that she knew a Spanish word.  Abbie, Maggie, & I were anxiously awaiting to hear what smart thing she'd come up with next.  She always says smart things that surprise us.

Then she blurted, "Hibernation!"  Hibernation is a Spanish word!"  Umm no, so sorry sis, but hibernation is not a Spanish word.  However, she did know what it meant so props to her for that!
