Red Rover, Red Rover

Send a new coffee table over!

I saw this steal for $20, and knew I needed to have it!  I used to have an old kids table & chair set - cute, but I got sick of the kids snacking all the time in front of the TV.  So I needed a big change!

It was a weird pinkish white color, but I painted it my favorite gumball red.  I'm a small huge history lover so I stacked some of my favorite books on top, and my company can't keep their hands off of these!

A bit of distressing to show off the gorgeous lines makes this piece just pop in my living room.  What a great investment huh?!?

  2. I LOVE it! I am loving colored finishes lately. I have been looking for a coffee table that I can potentially paint some shade or orange. Great JOb!

  4. I love painting pieces red and that was the perfect choice for this piece. The distressing really does work to show off those cool legs. Nice work!
