Day 1

I have been putting off today since last June.

Last June Jade & I were deep into P90X.

I had lost 7 pounds and numerous inches after a month.  Then, voila I was pregnant.  Must have been the new hot bod I was working on...

So today I have officially started over.  Ollie is healed and I don't feel like I need to worry about stealing milk from her, I am trying to eat healthier as a bonus so she's getting better milk.  Plus, I'm not scared of losing her anymore so sitting her down for 30 minutes is a good thing.

I am not doing P90X this time.  Although I love the program, Jade isn't joining in on the workout & I need him to push me on that one because it's hard!

Today I started Chalene's Turbo Fire, and oh my gosh it's HARD!

I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow, but hopefully in a week I'll see a difference & hopefully in a month then 3 months I'll still be pushing play and getting results.  Since I'm home all day now it's my goal - get healthy and get rid of my Mom's jeans - yes I'm wearing my Mom's jeans because even my fat jeans don't fit - depressing - super depressing!!

  2. Good for you Annie! You are young enough that it will come off fairly quickly - still it's always hard work! Ann {{Ollie}}

  5. lol I still have a pair of my mom's jeans in my closet! So glad that I am not the only one! I was super skinny right after I had Liddy, but then I only gained 6 lbs during my pregnancy (disgusting huh?) and she weighed 7 lbs. and then she was in the hospital for three weeks and quite frankly, I was too stressed out to eat. Unfortunately, since she's been home for the last fouor months, I have been making up for lost time. lol

  6. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who put off losing the baby weight because the baby was having OHS. I figured I didn't want to look back if something bad happened and think about all that time spent at the gym when it should have been with the baby. I'm with you now, the baby's healed and healthy, time to get rid of this chub. Good luck! I hope you have better luck, I seem to love cookies too much. :)

  7. You've spent your time taking care of your family and precious Ollie. Thank goodness that you can now take some time for yourself. Do NOT worry about your weight. It will come off-you've spent your time and efforts in exactly the right places since that sweet baby was born. Please don't beat yourself up over something so unimportant under the circumstances. God Bless!
